About Me:
I began my fitness journey during my last year of college. At the time, I struggled with poor lifting form, no consistent training plan, and a diet I couldn’t track. I eventually started working with different personal trainers, and through those experiences, I realized how rare it is to find a coach who truly understands and tailors a program to the individual not one who just follows a one-size-fits-all approach.
That realization inspired me to dig deeper into the science of training. I started learning from my own coaches, studying exercise physiology and program design, and building the knowledge to create personalized, effective training programs that help clients reach their goals safely and efficiently.
