About Me:
My fitness journey has evolved over two decades, and one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that motivation changes but there is always a “why.” My “why” has shifted many times throughout my life, but each shift has pushed me to grow stronger mentally and physically. Fitness has introduced me to amazing people, built lifelong friendships, and surrounded me with a community of strong, driven individuals who inspire me daily.
Coaching Philosophy:
Even a bad workout is better than no workout. Showing up, even when you don’t feel like it is the foundation of real progress.
What I Wish Every Athlete Knew:
Consistency over intensity. The people who win in fitness are the ones who keep showing up.
What Motivates Me:
Chasing that post-workout high. You never feel worse after a workout, only stronger, clearer, and more alive.
Challenges I’ve Overcome:
Motivation hasn’t always been easy, even after 20 years. But every time I rediscover my “why,” it pulls me forward. Let your “why” guide your path.
How Fitness Impacts My Life:
Fitness has opened doors to incredible friendships and a community that pushes me to become the best version of myself every day. Being surrounded by mentally and physically strong people is a constant source of motivation.
