About Me:

Lifting weights has always given me a sense of purpose and confidence. I loved how training not only made me stronger physically, but mentally as well and I naturally found myself helping friends reach their goals. When my father passed away from cancer, it completely changed my perspective. It inspired me to dedicate my life to helping women and families learn how to integrate nutrition, mental health, and fitness so they can live fuller, happier, and more balanced lives.


Coaching Philosophy:

My goal as a coach is to give clients everything I wish I had when I first started: the guidance, connection, sanity checks, and support that make the journey less lonely and more empowering. I take a holistic approach to training, combining evidence-based strength programming with psychology, neuroscience, statistics, and spirituality.


I believe that when a client feels mentally and emotionally safe to be their most authentic self, they can unlock their full potential. Stress, mindset, and self-belief all play a major role in performance, so I work closely with my clients to help them build resilience, confidence, and balance both in and out of the gym.


What I Wish Every Athlete Knew:

You’re capable of far more than you realize when you feel loved and supported. That sense of connection can be the ultimate supercharger for both strength and confidence.
